Here, the client requested that I remove the existing deck, steps and the additional set of steps coming out of the screened in porch. Everything, including the framework, was rotted beyond repair, so I rebuild and replaced it all. It isn’t stained because the deck boards need to cure 3 months prior to staining, so the client may call me back to do this at a later date.
